Daygo Nation Records (a subsidiary of Hypebomb Records) presents: INSOMNIAK

In 2018, Hypebomb executive, K-Rock Tha Fantom, noting the lack of availability of some of his favorite local classic hip hop albums, developed an idea of remastering and re-releasing said albums worldwide in an effort to give the san diego artist and their amazing projects their due exposure. Thus, Daygo Nation Records was born, specializing in what would be now known as the "Hypebomb SD Classics Series". One of the debut trilogy of albums given this illustrious title would be Haywyah's "Insomniak"

Haywyah shines on his sophomore release! Previously available, if you happened to grab a handmade slim case CD-R from one of Haywyah's local performances, "Insomniak" was miles ahead in scope and delivery of most projects given away at your favorite local venue. More than just a compilation of singles strung together, "Insomniak" was an experience from beginning to end. Every song seemingly melts in to one another, creating the feeling of a concept album of sorts showcasing his love for America's finest city, most notably El Cajon, California AKA "Boxtown".
